PKD3-2000-F10N

• The economical piezoelectric measuring instrument PKD3-2000-F10N is used to measure d33 of polymer PVDF, PVDF TrFE, or piezoelectric ceramic materials.
• Two measurement ranges: 10 to 2000pC/N, or 1 to 200pC/N, pressure source 0.25N, frequency 110 Hz.
• Other models include PKD3-4000, with a measurement range of up to 7000 pC/N for single crystal PMNPT ceramics.
• The device is equipped with a PolyK static force sensor as standard to improve measurement accuracy and reproducibility.
• The sample fixture is M3 threaded, including a set of hemispherical fixtures and a set of flat fixtures (diameter 8mm).
• Equipped with piezoelectric standards for calibrating d33 instruments.
• The rear version of the instrument has BNC signal output terminals, which can be used in conjunction with DAQ data collection cards to monitor output signals.
• Four models available for selection:
1. PKD3-2000-F10N: Piezoelectric d33 instrument+static force sensor
2. PKD3-2000-F10N-T300: Piezoelectric d33 instrument+static force sensor+300 ℃ constant temperature box (with manual digital display temperature controller)
3. PKD3-2000-F10N-T600: Piezoelectric d33 instrument+static force sensor+600 ℃ constant temperature box (with manual digital display temperature controller)
4. PKD3-Software2: Upgrade software control, including a laptop with Windows 11 installed. Can automatically control temperature (constant temperature rise or isothermal measurement), record temperature, d33, static force.
